Land stated is ‘Messuage in Beaconsfield formerly in possession of Henry Avery since of John Wood and now of John Eeles together with the Barn adjoining and a plot of garden, together with the use of the well lying behind the said messuage in common with the possessor of the adjoining messuage heretofore in the possession of Edward Lee and now of Nathan Ball. Also the room called the Parlour and the room over the same. All which property is in Aylesbury End Beaconsfield.’ Consideration: £54
