I was expecting to click on the items listed under the folder heading and to be able to see a digital scanned copy of each letter?
Hi Chris, At the moment we are re-ordering and referencing the Society’s Archive as it has not been sorted and catalogued for around 40 years. So far it has taken a team of volunteers 18 months to do this and we have had financial support from the Heritage Lottery Fund and local businesses. When we have finished, hopefully by the end of the year, we will try to scan some of the documents. I agree with you that it would be great to see a digital scanned copy of each item but unfortunately it is not possible just yet. If there is anything that you would particularly like to see, then we will arrange for you to do so.
