A black and white photograph of nurses in the garden at Butler’s Court. Between May 1942-October 1945 a sanatorium for the French armed forces was based in Grove Road and Butler’s Court was one of several houses in the area which were used as convalescent homes (Description was by Pat Butler in 2006).
