John Parton, Gentleman of Beaconsfield Property: two freehold cottages or tenements on the west side of Aylesbury End in the occupation of James Birch and James Snapes Recites: a) will of John Shansum, Bricklayer of Beaconsfield, dated 25th May 1836, bequeathing property he held in fee simple to his sister Sarah Shansum and after her death to Edmund Wingrove and Frederick Wingrove his executors; b) John Shansum died 19th November 1842 without altering his will (will proved at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury); c) Sarah Shansum died 11th July 1847; d) deed of 19th October 1850 between Edmund Wingrove and Sarah, his wife, and Frederick Wingrove of the first part and John Wassell Hitchcock of the second part for sale of cottages; e) John Wassell Hitchcock has agreed the sale of the property to William Everett for a consideration of £95
