Conveyance of two cottages in Aylesbury End
1.William Everett, Tinman of Beaconsfield; 2. John Wassell Hitchcock, plumber and glazier of Beaconsfield; conveyance of the equity of redemption of the two freehold cottages on the west side of Aylesbury End formally in the occupation of James Birch and James Snapes, but now in the occupation of Thomas Avis and James Snapes, and covenant by the purchaser to pay the mortgage money and indemnify the vendor. Dated 7thNovember 1856. £65 is mortgage and £30 paid by John Wassell Hitchcock to William Everett.
