A bound version of the magazine on local information and events. In January on page 7 there are two extracts in the Council Topics, the first is about housing and second about Road Tax Factories in Maxwell Road. The First one talks about the council taking over married quarters estate in Holtspur Way and the first couple of Old People’s bungalows have been completed. The second one talks about; the Council agreed to support the request from the Road Tax Company that they should remain in occupation for the next three years. In March on page 23 in the Council Topics there is an extract about Housing; statistical information on the building of Council houses in the district. In October on page 79 in the Council Topics there is an extract about Common Lands in the Old Town. Separate leaflet requests donations for the completion of work to St Michaels Church. In November page 88 in Announcements and Comments there is an extract about the Beaconsfield War Memorial; that refers to the list names to be added to present memorial to record those who lost their lives in World War II.
